VAT and comm) The next Phase of plots are now available
being erven 310 - 383 from R650 000.
Riverbank townhouses: The next phase of 6 are now
available from R1 750 000.
All 90 erven on the first nine of the golf course have
been sold. There are only 56 erven left on the second
line.
The Village has a total of 103 erven, all of which are
sold.
